Fusion Indian Pancake (Chilla)




INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Grated Cottage Cheese
5 tbsp Gram Flour
5 tbsp Semolina
1/2 cup Curd
1 cup chopped Tomatoes and Onions
1 egg
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Harissa Dressing
1 tsp Red Chilli Paste
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Salt and Pepper
Turmeric
Milk to Thin the batter down

METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.

2. Add milk to thin down the batter. 

3. Heat the pan and drizzle some oil.

4. Take a spoonful of batter, spread it in a circular motion and cook the pancake or chilla on both sides till brown.

5. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
