Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are the best ones I really feel. Have them anytime! Be it with coffee, tea or just like that. The best part of chocolate chips is that they do not stay solid or melt when we bake them. They just stay in a middle state where they are just soft and melt in your mouth. These cookies can be made chewy or crispy, its your wish how you want then to be. A wonderful comfort food so go bake 'em in no time. :D Ingredients 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 3/4th cup powdered sugar 1 cup packed light brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 and 1/4 cup chocolate chips Method In a large bowl , mix the flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl , cream the butter and sugar , then add the eggs , one at a time , mixing well after each addition. Blueberry Cheesecake

This desert is an ultimate delight for all. It’s a no bake recipe so it’s all the way more easier for you to make. You really would want to make this desert when you feel like trying something different because it’s not like your regular chocolate and vanilla flavor deserts but it’s equally delectable. Well, if you ask me? I think its better. So the Blueberry Cheesecake is made of three layers. The bottom layer is a crumb base made of biscuits and butter , the middle layer is the creamy cheesecake filling which is made of cream cheese and whipped cream , the top layer is the blueberry topping. All you need to do is prepare the three layers, layer them up in a tin and refrigerate it to make it ready to eat. Well this cake i guarantee you is gonna turn out really realllyy soft. It will melt in your mouth! Oranges with the winter season are loved all across in India. So here goes the  recipe for something made out of this lovely fruit which is all the way more delicious and a great pick to bake for tea time :D Ingredients:  1 cup (150gm) sugar 1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh orange juice  - as required peel of 1/2 orange (white part should be scrapped off ) Cut into thin strips of 1/2" 1 tsp soda bicarb * Also called ‘meetha soda’. 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tbsp less than 2 cups (180gm) maida 1 cup full (180 gm) malai (milk topping) 1/4 tsp orange essence a few drops of orange food color Method:  Boil 1/2 cup water and 1tbsp sugar ( you can do that in the microwave - faster option).
