Chocolate Kulfi Scoops

A frozen dairy dessert from indian subcontinent is what kulfi actually is. Its denser and creamier than you regular ice cream. Hence tastes different and pretty good! Its usally made of flavourings popular in the indian continent i.e,  pistachio, rose, saffron, cardamom.  So here I have the recipe of the basic indian kulfi which is chocolate flavoured with the addition on compound chocolate.  So you need a few infredients and you are all set to make it.  Ingredients: 500ml full cream milk 3 tsp cornflour dissolved in 2-3tsp water 6 tbsp sugar 50 gms khoya 50-60 gms chocolate compund Method: 1. In a pan , add milk , boil and then reduce almost to half. 2. Add cornflour dissolved in to the milk and stir a little. 3. Add sugar and reduce to half yet again. 4. Iced chocotae walnut brownies

They are loaded with chocolate! You must make them and their cherish taste with your lovely cup of coffee or have them warm with a scoop of ice cream. Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter 2 cups granulated sugar 4 eggs 1 cup flour 120 gms chocolate compound 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 cups chopped walnuts For icing: 100 gms chocolate compound 75 ml fresh cream 30 gms butter/ A tbsp icing sugar or powdered sugar for dusting Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F or 175 C and grease your baking tray. 2. In a saucepan , melt butter and chocolate , keep stirring. Remove from heat and stir sugar into the chocolate until almost dissolved and cool slightly. 3. Beat in the eggs one at a time. 4. Add vanilla and then fold in flour spoon by spoon into the batter. 5. Fold in chopped walnuts into the batter. Well goodfood is one website which  I keep looking up for new and nice recipes. This time I was looking for something made with lemons. So I found this recipe of little lemon meringue pies which fascinated me due to the golden meringue peaks and the bright yellow lemon filling. I gathered all my ingredients , changed he proportions according to my availability of them and went on ahead baking it. They are refreshing and sweet with a lovely shortcrust pastry crust. A must try! Ingredients: 100 gms flour 100 gms butter A lightly whisked egg 30+112 + 50 gms sugar Zest of 3 lemons Juice of 2 lemons 4 whole eggs 2 eggs separated few drops of vanilla essence Method: 1. Make the shortcrust pastry by first making a sandy mixture with flour, 50 gms butter, 30gms sugar. Knead and get the dough together using half of the whisked egg. Plastic wrap  and chill in the fridge for 30 mins. 2. Preheat oven at 180C. Take the dough, roll it out and line it in li
