Dear Truffles,

You are the one restaurant that every person in Bangalore seeks out to be at for delicious, affordable food. Every college treat and free times have been celebrated at your humble abode, no matter how long is the waiting time.


Food you sell is so delicious that its worth the patience.

Its not only the food but so many things attached to it :

1. The Ambiance - lovely music, comfortable furniture, casual dining theme, warm cozy lighting.
2. The table set up - which truly says that you are cared for by the placement of a squeezy easy bottle of freshly made mayonnaise and a bottle of water.
3. Affordability - bill at the end of the meal is always a shocker with approximately Rs 700-800 for 2 (appetizer + main course + individual beverages)
4. Serving -  Size of serving is so that it can be consumed by a person with a monster appetite.  Burgers are accompanied with fresh potato chips and main course with creamy mashed potato.



5.Menu -  Burgers (oh so gorgeous all american cheese burger and really sloppy joe), Main course (Mexican and Mediterranean chicken  ), Pastas (Bianca you're so beautiful) , Appetizers (peri peri chicken ), Soups (cream of mushroom), Desserts (orange peach meringue, you are love) , Big sundaes (fatal ferrero rocher cake fudge) , Submarines ( chicken schnitzel ) and what not ?


Now that I am not in Bangalore anymore, you are the one that is going to be missed, with all my tastebuds craving for your food every end of the month times.

Truffles please come to Delhi and other cities soon.

Tea Time Bournvita Cake

      INGREDIENTS: 3/4th cup All Purpose Flour 4 eggs 1/4th cup Cocoa Powder 1/4th cup Bournvita 5star 65 gms Semi Sweet Chocolate 3/4th cup Oil Milk to thin down the batter 3/4th cup Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Cake Gel METHOD: 1. Beat egg till double in quantity and fluffy. 2. Add Sugar,Vanilla essence, Cake Gel and beat well. 3. Slowly add oil and keep beating. 4. Sieve and add Flour, Cocoa powder, Baking Powder. Beat well. 5. Add bournvita, melted chocolate and beat. 6. Mix vinegar and baking soda, when it bubbles add it to the batter and beat. 7. Grease and Bake in a Preheated oven at 180C for 30-35mins.
