Cottage Cheese Sandwiches My Way
INGREDIENTS:
Cottage Cheese
Ranch Dressing
Red Chilli Paste
Onion Rings
Apple Cider Vinegar
Tomato
Butter (softened)
Bread
Mayonnaise
Southwest Dressing
Green Chutney
Salt and Pepper
Ranch Dressing

Salt and Pepper
METHOD:
- Marinate thin slices of cottage cheese in ranch dressing and chilli paste.
- Soak onion rings in apple cider vinegar.
- On 1 slice of bread, spread Southwest Dressing and Butter on either sides and on the other slice of bread, spread Mayonnaise and Butter similarly.
- Place the slice with mayonnaise as the base, with its butter side down.
5.Assemble by layering the following in order: Cottage Cheese, Tomato Roundels, Onion Rings,
dash of Green Chutney, Seasoning and then Southwest Slice of bread, with butter side up.
6.Toast and Serve hot with spoonful of mayonnaise and tomato ketchup
Note:
- Dressings are of the Brand- Vega.
- There is no specific measurement of any ingredient, so please keep on tasting and make your breakfast the way you want it to be.
- I used brown bread to make this, as it is a healthier option.
- I used 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar for a medium sized onion.
- Do not soak the onion rings for more than 1/2 an hour as they will turn soft.
