Pizza From Scratch - THE Sauce
I have already posted a recipe for Pizza from scratch earlier on my blog. This one is different because of the Pizza Sauce ( marinara sauce ) . I tried making one on my own this time. Rest of the recipe is the same as earlier. http://dinimadaryani.blogspot.in/2015/06/pizza.html Ingredients: (makes sauce for 2 regular pizzas) 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Onion 2 Medium Green Chillies 5-6 Cloves of Garlic 2 Tomatoes 2-3 tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp Schzewan Chutney (ching's) Seasoning to taste - Salt, Pepper, Red Chilli pwd & Oregano Method: 1. Make a paste of Onion, Garlic and Chillies in a grinder. 2. Puree the tomatoes. 3. Take a saucepan. Drizzle some oil and cook the onion paste till golden. 4. Add Tomato puree, Ketchup, Chutney, Seasoning. 5. Cook till the tomato seems 90% done with a good dark red color. 6.
