Tea Time Bournvita Cake

      INGREDIENTS: 3/4th cup All Purpose Flour 4 eggs 1/4th cup Cocoa Powder 1/4th cup Bournvita 5star 65 gms Semi Sweet Chocolate 3/4th cup Oil Milk to thin down the batter 3/4th cup Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Cake Gel METHOD: 1. Beat egg till double in quantity and fluffy. 2. Add Sugar,Vanilla essence, Cake Gel and beat well. 3. Slowly add oil and keep beating. 4. Sieve and add Flour, Cocoa powder, Baking Powder. Beat well. 5. Add bournvita, melted chocolate and beat. 6. Mix vinegar and baking soda, when it bubbles add it to the batter and beat. 7. Grease and Bake in a Preheated oven at 180C for 30-35mins.

This recipe is for the mom's , who are looking for a easy dessert recipe for a fancy dinner  they have to prep for. This is simple custard dish. So, yes, you have to get  a pack of custard powder, cooking chocolate , cream and a loaf of bread, from the market, and you are ready to start of with your dessert. I can assure you this basic custard dessert with sweet fruits between its layers , your dinner will be a hit and the dessert bit, will be a treat for all. Lately my mom's dear friend taught me how to make this lovely sponge cake, Its truely amazing, spongy and soft,  So, if you are home chef, this recipe is surely an addition to your recipe notebooks and something which will give your homemade cakes a professional touch, We made this sponge cake with a chocolate ganache icing as filling and coffee flavored whipped cream icing. A frozen dairy dessert from indian subcontinent is what kulfi actually is. Its denser and creamier than you regular ice cream. Hence tastes different and pretty good! Its usally made of flavourings popular in the indian continent i.e,  pistachio, rose, saffron, cardamom.  So here I have the recipe of the basic indian kulfi which is chocolate flavoured with the addition on compound chocolate.  So you need a few infredients and you are all set to make it.  Ingredients: 500ml full cream milk 3 tsp cornflour dissolved in 2-3tsp water 6 tbsp sugar 50 gms khoya 50-60 gms chocolate compund Method: 1. In a pan , add milk , boil and then reduce almost to half. 2. Add cornflour dissolved in to the milk and stir a little. 3. Add sugar and reduce to half yet again. 4. Iced chocotae walnut brownies

They are loaded with chocolate! You must make them and their cherish taste with your lovely cup of coffee or have them warm with a scoop of ice cream. Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter 2 cups granulated sugar 4 eggs 1 cup flour 120 gms chocolate compound 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 cups chopped walnuts For icing: 100 gms chocolate compound 75 ml fresh cream 30 gms butter/ A tbsp icing sugar or powdered sugar for dusting Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F or 175 C and grease your baking tray. 2. In a saucepan , melt butter and chocolate , keep stirring. Remove from heat and stir sugar into the chocolate until almost dissolved and cool slightly. 3. Beat in the eggs one at a time. 4. Add vanilla and then fold in flour spoon by spoon into the batter. 5. Fold in chopped walnuts into the batter.  This is ready in max 10 minutes of prep plus baking! Best for people who dont love to bake but they are crazy for chocolate cake and icecream anytime of the day. You make the mix using your daily tablespoons in a mug and you microwave it for like 2 minutes and you are done with a mug full of moist chocolate cake!! Have it with a scoop of icecream and hershey's chocolate syrup and you are sorted! P.s. If you dont have eggs in your house , no worries !
