Pizza From Scratch - THE Sauce

I have already posted a recipe for Pizza from scratch earlier on my blog. This one is different because of the Pizza Sauce ( marinara sauce ) . I tried making one on my own this time. Rest of the recipe is the same as earlier. http://dinimadaryani.blogspot.in/2015/06/pizza.html Ingredients:  (makes sauce for 2 regular pizzas) 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Onion  2 Medium Green Chillies 5-6 Cloves of Garlic 2 Tomatoes 2-3 tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp Schzewan Chutney (ching's) Seasoning to taste - Salt, Pepper, Red Chilli pwd & Oregano Method: 1. Make a paste of Onion, Garlic and Chillies in a grinder.  2. Puree the tomatoes. 3. Take a saucepan. Drizzle some oil and cook the onion paste till golden.  4. Add Tomato puree, Ketchup, Chutney, Seasoning. 5. Cook till the tomato seems 90% done with a good dark red color.  6. Fusion Indian Pancake (Chilla)

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup Grated Cottage Cheese 5 tbsp Gram Flour 5 tbsp Semolina 1/2 cup Curd 1 cup chopped Tomatoes and Onions 1 egg 1 tsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Harissa Dressing 1 tsp Red Chilli Paste 3/4 tsp Baking Powder Red Chilli Powder Salt and Pepper Turmeric Milk to Thin the batter down METHOD: 1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir. 2. Add milk to thin down the batter.  3. Heat the pan and drizzle some oil. 4. Take a spoonful of batter, spread it in a circular motion and cook the pancake or chilla on both sides till brown. 5. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.

Chocolate fondant

I was always tempted and fascinated by choco lava cakes which ooze out chocolate from the center. So here I go baking one of those!  So a chocolate fondant/molten chocolate cake/choco lava cake  is super easy to make but you only need to be patient enough to have it, because the recipe does ask for you to wait for a few hours before you savor its molten chocolate center. Prep , wait and then savor this with a scoop of vanilla icecream :D Ingredients: 250 gm dark chocolate 270 gm butter  8 eggs 180 gms caster sugar 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 4 tbsp cocoa powder Method:  Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler or your microwave oven and set aside to cool. In another bowl whisk eggs and sugar until thick and foamy. Whisk in flour , baking powder , cocoa and melted chocolate and butter mix in.
