Apple Pie Recipe

Image
This is one of all time favorites. Have it warm in winters or with a scoop of ice cream or with whipped cream on top , this one is a classic. So all you need to know is that this is a desert with two layer of puff pastry ( made with butter and flour ) with a filling of apples coated with caramel sauce (made of butter and sugar) sprinkled with a generous amount of cinnamon and baked. This puff pastry is flaky and crisp and goes totally in sync with the sweetness of the apple filling inside. So try this desert this winters , I am sure you guys are gonna love it! Ingredients : For the pastry :- 2  cups  all-purpose flour 5oz of butter 1  iced   water For the filling:- 4-5  apples ½  cup  soft  butter 3  tablespoons  all-purpose flour ½  cup  superfine sugar ½  cup  soft light brown sugar ¼  cup  water cinnamon  (to taste) For the glaze:- Milk  Superfine sugar Method: To Make the pastry  - 1. Exploring Tastebuds... Well a few years ago it was just a vague idea, but i guess, just a little push by a friend can make you a lot more confident. Thanks to all my friends who have helped me with this. My whole reason behind Exploring Tastebuds is not just posting recipes or showing everybody the food I make, its about inspiring people who feel they can't cook. Exploring Tastebuds is more of a bakers zone but I do tend to make room for all kinds of courses and also reviews. From basic’s to complicated dishes, quick breakfasts to sharing of knowledge, not only YOU will be learning more about food but also enjoy the sheer pleasure of eating something that you made yourself. I am growing with this blog as a person who loves to cook food . I hope you all love the posts that I share.
