Brunch at Daddy's Deli



Thinking about dining for brunch outside with family or friends? Well then Daddy's Deli is surely a place to visit.

This was the first GOOD place I visited when i just moved to this city. Located in Indiranagar this place offers you a wide range of dishes that will leave an impression on your taste buds. A wonderful green ambience that offers you seating outdoors in the greenery as well as indoors. With quick service this place makes you want to come back for another round of good times.

This was the first time i tried pork, perfectly caramelized , moist , and delicious, and trust me i always seek to order pork now.





The big breakfast :






Get your eggs the way you want them- scrambled , sunny side up , fried on both sides, poached -Bacon or Chicken franks served with delicious rosemary mushroom and bread. Every element can be altered the way you want for your appetite's satisfaction. If you want something filling and a complete breakfast, Go for it!




   Waffles:






Oh my god , these waffles served with poached plum slices, scoop of vanilla icecream and a generous amount of maple syrup are absolutely scrumptious. If you want to treat yourself with something sweet for the breakfast or if you are one of those sweet tooths like me and you have that little space left in your tummy , just ask for this.









So this was just a little sneak peek into Daddy's Deli's menu. The place is open from 12:30-3:30 pm, 7:00–11:00 pm. I rate them 4 out of 5 stars. Go for breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner this weekend if you're too lazy to cook in morning or want to treat yourself or want to have a little bit of family and friend's time. I can guarantee you will bookmark this place for sure! So go and explore and relish the food in their menu. Bon Appetite!

Tea Time Bournvita Cake

      INGREDIENTS: 3/4th cup All Purpose Flour 4 eggs 1/4th cup Cocoa Powder 1/4th cup Bournvita 5star 65 gms Semi Sweet Chocolate 3/4th cup Oil Milk to thin down the batter 3/4th cup Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Cake Gel METHOD: 1. Beat egg till double in quantity and fluffy. 2. Add Sugar,Vanilla essence, Cake Gel and beat well. 3. Slowly add oil and keep beating. 4. Sieve and add Flour, Cocoa powder, Baking Powder. Beat well. 5. Add bournvita, melted chocolate and beat. 6. Mix vinegar and baking soda, when it bubbles add it to the batter and beat. 7. Grease and Bake in a Preheated oven at 180C for 30-35mins.
