These cookies are the best ones I really feel. Have them anytime! Be it with coffee, tea or just like that. The best part of chocolate chips is that they do not stay solid or melt when we bake them. They just stay in a middle state where they are just soft and melt in your mouth. These cookies can be made chewy or crispy, its your wish how you want then to be. A wonderful comfort food so go bake 'em in no time. :D Ingredients 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 3/4th cup powdered sugar 1 cup packed light brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 and 1/4 cup chocolate chips Method In a large bowl , mix the flour and baking powder. ALL- IN Roti Wrap with Watermelon Juice

  I wanted to eat something really very nutritious and filling today. Thought of having a Roti with something but couldn't actually gather my thoughts upon what ingredients or combinations to go for. Finally, I thought of putting everything in the roll. Veggies, Yesterday's Humus, Some sauces, Chicken,etc. Its VERY healthy, full of nutrition and approx 200-300 calories are in it. Try it as you post workout breakfast. Just one small roll and you are sorted till lunchtime. ALL-IN Roti Wrap Ingredients: Roti (slightly oiled) 1 egg white (scrambled) Grated- Cabbage, Carrot and Capscium Thinly Sliced Onion  Shredded Chicken  2 tbsp Hummus Hot and Sweet Ketchup Mint Mayonnaise  Method: 1. Pizza

Well a friend of mine wanted to have something cheesy and spicy like a pizza ,so i thought instead of him going out and having it, why not i make it at home. People usually think its a biggie to actually make the pizza dough for its base, well let me tell you making it is even easier than making the dough of the bread rolls that I posted earlier. Its just kneading and leaving it to rise for about 2-3 hours! A lot of people who had the pizza I made asked me whether I need to bake the base separately first? Which you actually dont have to do! Within 15-20 mins your whole pizza is baked and ready to eat! I didnt go for the making of sauce myself just because I love the pizza topping i have at home! So telling you that its no fuss to bake a pizza at home from the scratch I thought of writing a post on it too.
