ALL- IN Roti Wrap with Watermelon Juice

  I wanted to eat something really very nutritious and filling today. Thought of having a Roti with something but couldn't actually gather my thoughts upon what ingredients or combinations to go for. Finally, I thought of putting everything in the roll. Veggies, Yesterday's Humus, Some sauces, Chicken,etc. Its VERY healthy, full of nutrition and approx 200-300 calories are in it. Try it as you post workout breakfast. Just one small roll and you are sorted till lunchtime.
